Studies On Mechanism And Method Of Organization Integration

In recent ten years, along with the quick development of the technology and the abroad application of the AMT, people have made a lot of studies in the mode of organization integrating and have acquired great production, such as the dynamic manufacturing alliance,strategic manufacturing alliance,agile manufacturing,manufacturing team,fractal organization and so on. But these mostly incarnate the change of the organization mode, however, the systemic study in the organization integrated mechanism on the whole is still a blank place in which waits for people to study. Therefore, this thesis takes the primary probe into the organization integrated mechanism and method.First, this thesis makes a study in the organization integrated mechanism. It puts forward the networked,flexible organization integrated mechanism based on the optimization organization unit by analyzing the base of economics, management and technology in the organization integration. Thereinto, this thesis clarifies the connotation,character and function of the optimization organization unit, then it makes a systematic exposition in the integration and the inside harmonizing,running process of the networked,flexible organization integration based on the optimization organization unit.Second, organization is a social-technology system. So this paper analyses the technology,economic and management of the organization from the point of view of the social-technology system, then it puts forward the analysis method of the social-technology conformity and its application in the job design.Third, by analysing the theory of the Business Process Reengineering (BPR) and the Total Quality Management (TQM), this paper puts forward the conformity method of the BPR and the TQM based on the life cycle theory----A method of persistent change of splitting the difference, and then takes it as the technology of the organizat -ion integration persistent innovation. Then, this paper makes a systematic exposition in the method and the process of the persistent innovation in the organization integration.Finally, this paper establishes the evaluating system by analysing the economic,technology and the social factors of the integrated evaluation. And then, it takes the integrated evaluation by establishing a mode of illegibility math integrated evaluation.
