Study On The Optimization Of Urban And Rural Bus Operation Organization Under The New Urbanization

With the rapid development of the national economy in the "fifteen" period,the rural economy has developed rapidly,thus leading to the acceleration of China's urbanization process,the size and scope of urban expansion,gradually blend between urban and rural areas,the rural road network improved year by year,urban and rural exchanges increasingly close,accompanied by the growing demand for urban and rural passenger traffic.In the integrated transportation system,the sustainable development of urban traffic has become a hot and difficult issue related to the development of national economy.To realize the sustainable development of urban traffic is not only the urgent demand of people,but also a great challenge to the city government and transportation industry.Although the development of urban and rural passenger transport has been developed to some extent,some problems still exist in some aspects.Such as urban and rural passenger transport management system is divided,the network layout is not reasonable,lack of capacity design,the hub of the connection is not smooth enough,the market system is not perfect,people travel more difficult.These problems not only hinder the process of urbanization,but also hinder the communication between urban and rural areas.To this end,the urban and rural passenger transport management system across the country gradually transition,have begun to try and implement the integration of urban and rural passenger transport.The integration of urban and rural passenger transport as an effective measure for the overall development of urban and rural areas,has achieved initial success in some provinces and cities.But how to ensure the integration of urban and rural passenger transport along the direction of sustainable development,there are still many problems to be solved.If the current urban passenger transport management system is objective to meet the needs of urban and rural passenger transport development? Urban and rural passenger transport planning is coordinated? Urban and rural bus operations in the economy is sustainable? Urban and rural passenger transport market how benign competition? How to improve the integration of urban and rural passenger services.Many problems remain to be solved,many successful experiences need to be used for reference.The research of this project will be based on the sustainable development of urban traffic.Based on the case study of urban and rural passenger transportation in Central China,this paper analyzes the main problems and reasons that affect the integration of urban and rural passenger transport.This paper discusses the goal,train of thought and method to promote the integration of urban and rural passenger transport,refines the effective development model of urban and rural passenger transport integration,and puts forward some countermeasures to realize the integration of urban and rural passenger transport.
