Studies On Organization Integration And Its Evaluation Based On Optimization Organization Unit

With the fast development of scientific technology and social economy, the outer environment of enterprise has been changed greatly. The traditional organization structure cannot satisfy the demands of consumers, which are diversity, selectivity and individuation. How to design the organization renewably to adapt to the changed market has been the hot topic in theory. The organization integration is one of them.In this paper, firstly, the general situation of organization theory is introduced. The characteristic of the existing organization theory and the limitation of traditional organization are analyzed, and the development trend of organization is summarized. Secondly, through analyzing the organization change, a new organization component different from the ago is proposed, which is optimization organization unit. Its characters are also analyzed. Based on these, we build a programming model with the minimal total cost as the objective function and this model subjects to resource, organization scale and the relationship among people with skills, skills with operations and people with operations etc. Thirdly, on the basis of optimization organization unit, we analyze the organization integration including mechanism and mode. Finally, based on the theory of value life cycle, the evaluation index system, which is factors of organization influencing custom value, is built. An economic evaluation model for organization integration is built, which combines AHP and expert marking together.
