Where is the competitive advantage of enterprises from? The knowledge and the knowledge management have already become the main contents of the research and the understanding enterprises competitive advantage. Though most people think the competitive advantage comes from the knowledge and the knowledge management, for practical purposes many enterprises have found it difficult to establish the competitive advantage through effective knowledge management. Therefore, enterprises obtain the competitive advantage how to pass the effective knowledge management, which is a challenge for theory and practice at present. The writer thinks it is a point of penetration to identify the internal relations between the knowledge management capability and the competitive advantage. If we could find the relationship, it can advance the study of knowledge management and competitive advantage in the theories. Furthermore, the introduction of the strengths of the knowledge management to obtain, maintain and raise competitive advantage for enterprises.According to the basic theories of the knowledge management and the competitive advantage and the research result already exist, this text tried to set up the theories model of the knowledge management capability and enterprises competitive advantage relation, according to the demand of the theories' model, designing the knowledge management capability measure the form, competitive advantage measures form, the influence factor of the knowledge management capability measure form etc. by the inquisition of some enterprises, I obtained relatively basic data, making use of statistics an analytical method to pass the test of reliability and the effect, setting up the index of the knowledge management capability, knowledge to manage the capability influence factor and the competitive advantage. On this basis, the text analyzed "the knowledge management capability formation competitive advantage" and "the knowledge management influence factor to decide the knowledge management capability".
