In this paper the study objects are the enterprises in Real Estate project. Based on above mentioned, this thesis employs the system engineering theory, economic and organizational theories to systematically design of the conceive of the Agile Virtual Enterprise in real estate project and deeply study the core issues in the practical operating process of the Agile Virtual Enterprise.Firstly, the thesis reviews the emerging background and virtue of the Agile Virtual Enterprise in real estate project. And also post the purpose of the paper. Meanwhile the related concepts of the Agile Virtual Enterprise has been confined and studied. Based on related theories, the thesis analyses the feasibility of the Agile Virtual Enterprise in real estate project.Secondly, through analyzing market opportunity, this paper expounds the operation flow.
