Production Logistics Design For Thirty Thousands Tablets Cotton Project

The development trends of world production logistics and the problem in Chinese textile industry production logistics are discussed in this paper. The characteristics and types of production logistics in cotton mill are analyzed.Interior materials transport should get recognition and be placed as the center of cotton spinning production logistics design, because the equipments and inner transport are considerable expense and the inner logistics have a close correlation with the layout planning of equipments in cotton spinning production.This paper begins with the production logistics design of newly-constructed project. Different feasible methods are obtained in light of the logistics in workshop by applying the method of system layout planning (SLP). Then the optimization method is determined based on cotton spinning process and requirement of plane planning (machine, arrangement, process, types and quantity of materials, etc.). The paper makes an approach to the production logistics design in cotton spinning workshop and has an important significance in practice.The paper has 5 chapters and bases on analyzing, designing and demonstrating. The basis theory and a few analyze and design methods on production logistics are introduced in chapter 2nd.In chapter 3^rd, the development of system layout planning (SLP) in China is reviewed, and the application of SLP is introduced with examples. The production logistics of newly-constructed cotton spinning workshop project designed by SLP method is introduced in chapter 4th.
