Optimize On Layout For Manufacturer Production Logistics System Based On System Layout Planning And Simulation Technology

With the continuous development of computer hardware and software, and thegrowth of people ’s individual needs, the competition is getting more serious betweenProduction and processing enterprises. Food processing enterprises pay more attentionto food safety and hygiene, as well as cost–effective, In addition to equipmentutilization, staff operating speed and other factors will affect the cost of doingbusiness outside, production and processing workshop layout will also impact on thecost of doing business, at the same time, waste caused by unreasonable workshoplayout signs are everywhere. In this paper, a method of combining Systematic LayoutPlanning and simulation technology was used. Analyzed the structure of theproduction logistics system and enterprise production and processing of West Point ofthe YDS food processing enterprises. According to general steps of the SLP method,optimized the original layout program and re-design some new layouts, compared thenew programs by weighting factors method and then select the optimum one as themodeling objects. Then combined with professional simulation software Arena,selected West Point product packaging and testing stage of this enterprise as the mainpart of the modeling, analyzed run results, then reasonable and the better programswere obtained through continue several design-Simulation-Evaluation-Modifyprocess. Reasonable and effective optimization of production logistics system designcan not only make the production logistics within the plant layout specifications, plantlayout is reasonable, effective convergence process, improved the efficiency of theproduction of food processing enterprises to reduce production costs, but also fast and flexible production process can be achieved. Layout design system for the entire foodprocessing industry and other industries also has a certain significance.This study has some results as follow:Firstly, the article explained several typical production logistics system, analyzedthat the different types of production and logistics systems existed on the layoutproblem of irrational, and simply analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of avariety of system layout design, leading to the system layout planning method andsimulation techniques used in combination.Secondly, combining with the actual, analyzed the basic elements of products,production and so on of the Layout design which was collected. Followly, analyzedand designed the overall layout of the production and processing of corporate WestPoint step-by-step. And then discusses it.Thirdly, selected the two West Point products packaging and testing stage of theYDS food processing enterprises to establish Arena simulation model. Then, in turnintroduced the parameter setting procedure and done its multiple runs, and analyzedArena simulation run reports. Using simulation results verified the design.Lastly, prepared a checklist of the program factors, compared the advantages anddisadvantages of using relatively easy to implement a comparative evaluation on theoriginal layout programs and new programs, explaining the advantages on the facilitylayout, the auxiliary workshop position, production security and so on of the newprogram to some extent.This paper has two innovations, firstly, combined SLP method with professionalsimulation software Arena simulation technology in the product logistics system. Thisprovided scientific and effective methods. Secondly, simplified the model, buildedmodels of the Arena part of the stage on behalf of the whole system. And analyzed theresults. Then we would have comparative evaluation of old and new programs.
