With the development of the social economy, manufacture's automation becomes higher and higher, intensity of flexible manufacturing is strengthened, the production scale expands, the specialization of work. Competence of enterprises is not just fixed on prices, but on qualities of production and service, cost, customer delivery on time. However according to statistical processing of data, in production activities of factory, from raw materials into the factory to final goods leaving factory, the period of examination of materials only account for 5%-10% production cycle, other period of time is stopping and carrying. Twenty percent to fifty percent of total cost of manufacturing is expenses of materials handling, but the excellent factory decoration design reduce the expenses ten percent to thirty percent. In this paper, the enterprise facilities layout designing and production logistics system simulation are researched in-depth, mainly complete the following tasks:By analyzing existing facilities layout issue in a textile machinery enterprise, the improved scheme of facilities layout of production logistics system is presented based on Systematic Layout Planning (SLP) method. Activity position relationship chart is worked out on the basis of activity logistics relation analysis and activity comprehensive relation analysis; Enterprise facilities layout optimum proposal is obtained after considering the relevant factors synthetically to enhance equipment utilization, reduce cost, decrease logistics operation time and improve enterprise logistics efficiency. The theory & method and technical tools of production logistics system analysis are researched to analyze the existing problems of production logistics system. The steps and algorithms of discrete event system simulation are researched, the goal of production logistics system simulation is given. eM-Plant simulation software is used on the original enterprise layout and the optimized facilities layout scheme for modeling and simulation, ahe comparative analysis of simulation results is made, verify improved layout scheme can enhance the enterprise's logistics efficiency and reduce the cost.
