Peter Drucker ever predicted that organization would tend to flat, and which was founded on the basis of information and set up surrounding team in the future. Now, team form is universal in the western countries.With the team form extensive application, team operation succeeds or not, which is influencing the business enterprise existence and development. Paying attention to how to improve team performance, realizing team harmonious development and positive interaction, studying the new thoughts and new paths becomes the regular topics that modern entrepreneurs and theory workers must face with. Under such circumstances, the research for factors affecting team performance should be a foundation work. This paper regards student's group as the research object, through questionnaires by the model of [input—process—output]. It totally collects 21 materials of group, and adopts big-five personal specialties at inputting factor. The content included on group's interdynamic course is numerous, there is no unified and intact common understanding at present. This paper has chosen three respect factors to study as the interdynamic course factor. First, group's conflict factor of hot problem in group's performance is studied, and it classifies group's conflict further thinningly in the paper. Conflict can be divided into emotion conflict, task finished conflict and working load conflict to go on research, which needs for the theory of group's conflict management in the reality of substantiating. Other two are thought the indispensable factor cohesiveness in group's operation and communicated. Satisfaction is exported as the performance to adopt group's objective task achievement to cooperate with group member in performance. After confirming every variable factor, theory and experiment is carried on to study among the three. Through the course such as literature reviewed, the research approach made, data statistics and the experiment, it proves the reliability and validity of questionnaire, using SPSS software to count and analyze, and obtains the results of group performance relevant analysis, canonical correlation analysis and route analysis in personality specialty composition, group interdynamic course and group performance. It has probed into the related results of the personal speciality composition and group's performance, the personal speciality composition and the interdynamic course, and every factor impact on group's performance function in the interdynamic course. And it explores every factor how to influence group performance on earth and expects some research conclusions as reference to build and construct the group for enterprise's organization.
