Material procurement management plays an important role in the engineering project. It has the close relation with the entire process of the engineering project. How to carry on the organization and management by the best way, has become the key point which the government pays attention to, also is the popular topic which the people discuss.Various factors including recognition of the importance of procurement management, improvement of procurement efficiency and decrease of loss in procurement progress have great influence on the successful implement and value increment of construction project.
