Research On The Selection Of Chinese General Contract Construction Enterprise’s Logistics Management Mode In Algeria

As representatives of traditional industries，the construction industry keep innovationin recent years, a very important feature is the new management concept was mixedinto the construction and project management.Logistic management become matureand has formed a good management experience in manufacturing industries. It’sworth learning by the construction enterprises to optimize logistics management anddevelop "third profit source". Selection the right logistics management model can laya good foundation for construction enterprises logistics management.The general contract enterprise of construction and engineering should have anappropriate logistics management model which is suitable for the enterprise itself tomeet the fierce competition in overseas markets and the complicated situations.It’s no longer adapt to today’s situation by choosing a logistic management modethrough a simple, unilateral way from the enterprises’ logistics needs of andmanagement experience.The construction period last very long.
