The Construction And Performance Evaluation Of Car Parts Integrated Supply Chain

Under the trend purchased in the whole world of car parts, the competition of car industry is no longer a competition between car manufacturers, but it is between car supply chains which include manufacturing company of car parts. On the foundation of supply chain management and integrated supply chain, the construction of car parts integrated supply chain has been researched and discussed in this thesis which combined with the current situation of the development of the car industry of china after analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of car part enterprises of our country.First of all, the paper described the current research situation of management of the car parts supply chain, and analyzed the form, advantage and disadvantage of the car parts supply chain of our country, then proposed structuring the car parts integrated supply chain has important meaning of car manufacturing industry of our country.Second, this paper took the theory of integrated supply chain as guidance, regard information technology as the means, car manufacture factory as core set up car parts integrated supply chain which include the system of car parts integrated supply, integrated and public purchase platform, appraisal and choice of supplier, foundation of strategic partnership between car manufacture factory and car parts ?suppliers. And a hierarchy systemic evaluation system for car parts suppliers has been set up. Then the SPA (Set Pair Analysis) and AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) have been applied in evaluation and selection of car parts suppliers together.Third, after analyzed the current situation of modern car industry purchase and stock management, this paper discussed the operation mode of the car parts integrated supply chain which is based on VMI.Finally, a hierarchy performance evaluation system for the whole of the car parts integrated supply chain has been set up from the view of integrated supply chain, and the whole performance of a certain car parts integrated supply chain has been evaluated and analyzed by using fuzzy AHP method.
