Research On The Selection And Evaluation Of B's Auto Parts Suppliers Inthesupply Chain Environment

With the rapid development of the China's economy,the automobile industry has become one of the pillar industries of China.And in the next few years,the China's auto market still has the large developed space and rigid market demand.When a car is produced,there are many auto parts are needed.But 80%-90% of the parts should be bought from the purchasement.And the cost of parts has accounted for about 75% of the total cost of a car,so the auto parts industry is the basic componet of the automobile industry.With the continuous development of the theory of supply chain management,the status of auto parts suppliers has become increasingly important in the supply chain.So how to make evaluation and selection for the auto parts suppliers has become an important part of supply chain management.Therefore,it is essential to evaluate and select components suppliers scientifically and rationally,if we want to establish a long-term cooperative partnership between enterprises.In this paper,the domestic and foreign literatures related to supplier evaluation index system and evaluation method are analyzed.Afterwards,at the basis of automobile supply chain,the evaluation index system and evaluation model for the selection of parts suppliers are constructed.And the index system and the evaluation system is applied to the real case.Firstly,based on the supply chain,this paper expounds the importance of supplier selection in the supply chain environment.Then the existing evaluation index system and index selection method are analyzed.And in accordance with the principles of the index contruction,we contrcuted the index system from six different aspects.There are product price,quality management,technical level,service level,environmental management and business conditions.Then the supplier evaluation and selection methods are compared.And combined with the evaluation index system which is constructed in this paper,a comprehensive evaluation model is proposed,which is based on the combination of the improved AHP and the bi level programming.Finally,the contructed model which is the combination of the improved AHP and the bi level programming is applied to the case study of the B company.At the final,we verify the feasibility of the evaluation method and provide a reference for future research.
