A Study On Development And Transference Of Rural Resource In Hubei Province

The modernization of rural areas, well-to-do society construction, and harmonious society realization are all related with the human resource transference. The key issue for that is the training of rural human resource. Higher education should also face the rural areas and serve the county economic development. The well-to-do society construction in HuBei, which is a major agricultural province in central China, is greatly supported by the development of rural areas. The harmonious society realization is based on the income raising and high-rated employment of peasants. How to promote the relationship between economic development and rural human resource transference, how to creat more employment opportunities by developing the rural economy, are hot issues in our modern society. Researching the transference of the rural human resource can develop economy of HuBei both in urban and rural areas, and accelerate the development of central China, which may make great significance of the well-to-do society construction and harmonious society realization.The object of this research is analyzed by the process of theory studying, actuality investigation and solution analysis. Firstly, based on the assessment of the domestic and international rural human resource transference theories, this thesis has explained related concepts, stated the motive relationship of rural human resource development and transference and county economic development. Secondly, it has researched about the actuality of the rural human resource transference and county economy, estimated the rural labor surplus by using three methods including the international transverse comparing method. And analyzed the characteristics of the rural economy and the interaction relationship with the rural human resource. Finally, after the comparison between domestic and international rural human resource transference mode, guided by scientific development view, has raised the multiple mode of "working in rural areas, working in city areas, making multi output in both side of rural, connecting the transfer and opening business".
