Study On The Exploitation Of Rural Human Resource In Urumqi County

Human resources to other economic factors play effectiveness play a crucial role, hasbecome the first factor in economic development. Proceeding from the overall situation inUrumqi County in rural areas, through a variety of factors including the situation ofpopulation and human capital investment, the crucial factors of local economic developmentis the population for seeking to rural resources carrying pressure, but the overall quality of thelabor force is low. So the research on rural human resources development not only has a veryimportant significance to Urumqi County, but also for the development of rural economy inXinjiang also has a realistic significance.In this paper, the exploitation of rural human resource theory, human resource theory, asthe theoretical basis, using a questionnaire survey, literature review and other methods, in therural areas of Urumqi County as an example, makes some research on how to accelerate thedevelopment of rural human resources. This paper first summarizes the domestic andinternational research, comparison and analysis of the relevant research achievements.Through the investigation and interview way, first of all on the status quo of the developmentof human resources in rural areas of Urumqi county is described, the related data so as to findout the impact of rural human resources development problems and related factors from theanalysis of the current situation. Finally puts forward some perfect Urumqi County RuralHuman Resources Development Countermeasures, including the control population growth,to increase health input, improve the medical service system, strengthen basic education,optimize the transfer of rural surplus labor, increases the countermeasure and suggestion ofrural occupation skill training input.
