Nowadays, the Internet is developed and broaden with the unprecedented speed in every country on the world. The information-based wave tide pushed the development of the electronic commerce, and the traditional business model has been innovated under this condition. It is inevitable for the enterprises looking for new business opportunities to carry out the new service method on the Internet and open Internet marketing available.The network is presenting on an all new manifestation as a specially tool. The Internet ad creates new market and opportunities and brings brand-new structure for advertising through wider and deeper innovating on ads. But because the Internet ad is a kind of new-born thing and it is still not mature, the academic research on the Internet ad is very laggard compared the booming development of the Internet ad. Currently, although some persons begin to carry on the quest to the Internet advertisement, it is still in need of the theories on Internet ad, especially on the strategies of Internet ad..So, it needs larger development on Internet ad and this special new course could be formed. This article emphasizes on the strategies from the angle of Internet marketing and summarizes a various different Internet ad. Its purpose is for the business enterprises to get better service in the management activities from this paper and to make effective strategies according to the actual circumstance. It also provides some beneficial theories for our business enterprises making use of the Internet ad.This article consists of five chapters, which are as follows:Chapter one is an introduction of this article and the main contents including the background, purposes, research methods, the present condition of the study and the innovations of this article are elaborated.In chapter two, the concept about Internet marketing is put forward. And it also expatiates the techniques, ideas and the actuality foundation of Internet marketing. Many advantages about Internet marketing compared traditional market marketing are indicated and it brings a revolution of marketing idea.Chapter three states the definition, characteristics and many manifestations of Internet advertising.Chapter four is the point of this article. In this part, the article puts forward a series of strategies about Internet advertising, including position strategy, market strategy, time strategy, mental strategy, website strategy, the performance strategy, and enumerates examples to make each strategy out.Chapter five analyses the problems of the Internet advertising strategies in our country. The problems include: the market of Internet advertising is not canonical; the compound talented person lack; the manifestation of Internet advertising is execratively shortage; the interactive of accepters is not strong; the effect of Internet advertising is not so good. At the end of the part, this article put forwards the measures corresponding to the above-mentioned problems.
