Technology innovation is not only the main headspring of the modern and economic growth, but also the main way that improves the competition ability of enterprises and promotes the development of enterprises continuously. However, technological innovation is a kind of high risk activity, which limits the enterprises' development of technological innovation to a great extent. So, it is significant to identify risk factors of technology innovation projects, and evaluate the risk degree for enterprises to control risk and gain the maximum income. At present, scholars both in home and abroad have put forward a lot of means in such researches as risk evaluation methods, but in generally the existing methods are too rough to used to measure the risk degree precisely, which influence seriously the correctness of risk decision and risk management measures of enterprises. Therefore setting up the more efficient methods of risk measure and evaluation has a critical theoretic and realistic significance. The paper begins with the analysis of the theories of technological innovation risk and risk evaluation, and points out the importance of the measure and evaluation methods. Next, this paper analyses comprehensively the measure and evaluation methods prevailing nowadays, and points out the shortcoming of the methods. Based on the shortcoming of the methods ,the paper put forwards Fuzzy-Gray Comprehensive Evaluation method and measure the risk of Weighted Principal Component Analysis method .After that, based on the existing research accomplishment, in the light of the principles of the index systems, the paper designs the factor indexes system of technological innovation risk, which is associated with the new methods to build Fuzzy-Grey Comprehensive Evaluation model and Weighted Principal Component Evaluation model. At last, using the cases, the correctnesses of the risk evaluation models are proved.
