| With the environment change greatly, more and more manufacturing enterprises concentrate on analysis the opportunity and threats which environment bring, weigh the advantage and disadvantage situation and try to promote enterprises competence by technique innovation.This paper review the technique innovation and competition theories first, then establish 4 hypothesis on the relationship of technique innovation to competition priorities that technique innovation is positive related with the 4 competition priorities: delivery, quantity, cost and flexible; then build up theories model as: Pass the affect of technique innovation on competition priorities, manufacturing business technique innovation could improve enterprise competence. Finally, we use the IMSS database, pass factor analysis and related coefficient, verify the hypothesis and theories model.From the results we can see that the influence of technique innovation to manufacturing enterprise quantity shows the most obvious, meanwhile, the influences of technique innovation to delivery and cost is a little more obvious then the flexible. All in all, the empirical research shows the manufacturing enterprise technique innovation to delivery, cost, quantity and flexible exist the positive related and promote function, which confirmed the creative worth of the manufacturing enterprise technique innovation to competition priorities and manufacturing enterprise competence. This text introduced current economic environment finally, the manufacturing business enterprise technique creative related point problem, and combined the case analysis of The BeiYi company, predict that in the future technique innovation should be put effort in management of organize the innovation and human resource management.This research hopes to analysis the relationship of technique innovation and the enterprise competence to improve the business enterprise strengthen the ability to technique innovation and enhance the enterprise competence. |
