Tobacco commercial enterprises as tobacco circulation industry,undertake the responsibility of cigarette market development and marketing,and is endowed with the supervision of tobacco market by the tobacco monopoly law.At present,the domestic tobacco consumption market is gradually saturated,the gap between traditional circulation industry and e-commerce circulation is increasing day by day,and the development of retail market has moved forward from the original incremental sharing to the existing stock competition.The Internet plus e-commerce integration turn the world upside down in traditional retail circulation industry.Studying on non tobacco circulation business of tobacco commercial enterprises,is to give full play to the advantages of tobacco monopoly system,using the existing logistics network system of tobacco industry,retail terminal platform system,retail market operation with diversified cooperation.Integrate multiple resources.Reduce intermediate waste.Achieve win-win situation.Studying this subject,mainly for the tobacco commercial enterprises to seek a new path to high-quality sustainable development in the future,but also for the traditional circulation industry in the existing Internet and the social changes of big data to summarize the law,for the future transformation to provide a replicable way of thinking.This paper takes J Tobacco Monopoly Administration(Corporation)as the research object,through practical research,literature search,reasonable planning and other methods,to carry out the research on non tobacco commodity circulation business of tobacco commercial enterprises.The paper is divided into five parts:First,Introduction,introduces the background,the research content and ideas of this paper.Second,Related concepts and theoretical basis,introduces the concept of tobacco retail,retail cycle theory,overview of tobacco monopoly system.It is mainly to provide the basis for the combination of theory and practice,to prevent the research from being divorced from the reality.Thirdly,The influence of J Tobacco Monopoly Administration(Corporation)on non tobacco circulation business,analysis on the current situation of non tobacco circulation.Then it briefly introduces the current situation of tobacco market in J City,and introduces the influence of non tobacco business on J Tobacco Monopoly Administration(Corporation)from the aspectsof market,development and benefit.Fourth,The strategy of developing non tobacco circulation business of J Tobacco Monopoly Administration(Corporation),mainly put forward some specific suggestions,the establishment measures of security mechanism,and put forward feasible suggestions and measures.At last,Conclusion and Prospect,mainly summarize the research of this paper,looking forward to the future development,and analyzes the innovation and shortcomings of this study.
