The human resource management (HRM) of Steel Pipe Corporation of North China Petroleum is studied in this paper; the purpose is to innovate the recent HRM system. Through implement scientific, normal and elaborate management, the author want to found a modern HRM system adapting modern corporate development, further more lay a foundation for the going-out stratagem and in walk up to modernization and internationalization.Steel Pipe works of North China Petroleum has accumulated lots of experience on HRM since it was founded. Because Chinese tradition, the thought and means of corporation PM in a planned economy condition, the corporate produces many problems on the side of HR strategy managing, form structure, performance appraise, train, system and measure, which has restricted corporate growth.In allusion to the actuality of HRM, first the author realizes the direction and stress via interviewing middle managers, top managers, and inquiring workers, next he diagnoses the actual firm stature, flow, value chain, HRM, and then he analyzes and studies the weakness and problem.Integrating his many years experience, combining theory with practice, determining nature and ration, handling economics and statistics, the author estimates the manner and means adopted about modern HRM, evaluate the result, and put forward a normal plan of HM, design the framework again, perfect Managing retaining mechanism, intensify Managing train, erect self-contained performance management system and establish Managing compensation system.Via perfecting a system adapted modern corporate development continuously, finally it will offer scientific basis for the item healthily and smoothly, which rises HRM to culture height, and upgrade the core competing power for the form.
