Along with the development of the Chinese economy and the advance of the Chinese people's standard of living, the food and beverage industry is developing fast also. How to salute challenges and catch opportunities is a problem that companies should solve. Now face the furious competitions, the environment that the food and beverage companies stand in has become more and more complicated. The JONO company who stand up with the TOP company of Changsha city, also get in trouble with its management system after this company had successfully break though the stage of product and marketing. The JONO Company has waked up to that the human resources management has become the major problem that restricted the further development of it.This study analyzed actualities of the JONO company and advanced a solution of compensation management and performance management that match not only today but also tomorrow according to the modern organization theories and human resources theories. This paper combined with six parts. Part I is introduction, which explained the context and the thoughts, also the signification of this study. Part II concluded the history of human resources management that the JONO Company had, and investigated and analyzed the problems that exited. Part III compared the JONO Company and the top company in the industry. Through the comparison of job management, human resources programming, etc, between the JONO Company and the top company, we found the demerits more exactly. Part IV is the study of the solution of compensation management. Part V is the study of the solution of performance management. Part VI provides the implementation programming and measures that ensures the implementation goes all right. Though the study above, this paper solved the problems of the JONO company and provided good experiences for the similar companies.
