It's undisputable fact that quality is the life of one enterprise and it can ensure enterprise's surviving and developing. The development of world economy is inclining to emphasis quality improvement,whose target is to satisfy both direct and indirect demand from customers,and which is one kind of dynamic control and is claimed new content of TQC under new market economic condition nowdays. As the important basis of TQC ,the statistical technology ocuppys indispensible position in quality control, which can analyze and deduct the data from process scientifically in time and then timely monitor and deliver alarm in order to implement the TQC core principle that precaution is basic,achieve precaution′s aim of modern quality control .Based on research and analyzing the relationship between statistical technology and total quality control , this thesis combines the character of statistical technology and the fact of Baoding Swan Co.,ltd. According to more influence factors on viscose filament quality ,it decide do adopt two kinds of statistical technology on viscose filament quality control, that is orthogonal experimental design and control chart. Firstly, it adopts orthogonal experimental design to analyze the quality influence factors on procedure to find the most vital factor, and then focus on researching the method and steps of implement,using direct analysis and variance analysis to decide the main influence factor on viscose filament Then it designs the sensitive X -R (average-range)control chart of definiting the main influence factor ,adopts criteria to analyze the control chart,successfully apply the control chart to procedure control, in the meantime, make out the concerning measures to guarantte implementing it.By the researching and implementing of statistical technology, the field of application of advancing statistical technology is extended, forming a new mode of quality control ---that is make all employees join in actively, pay attention to the basicmaintenance.It will do well in reducing quality cost and improving customer satisfacation, making great progress in quality control consciousness of enterprise and at the same time facilitate enterprise to change radically the conception of quality control.
