| Modern logistics is growing up rapidly as a rising service industry in our country, and has become a new pillar for economic growth of a country. The term"modern logistics", as mentioned by people, has two characteristics: rapid reaction to logistcs and consolidation of the logistics'function. The development of modern logistics in our country will take the integrated logistics and 3PL (Third Party Logistics) as the main development field. Then, how to acclimate this new development tide for the Henan Province - the heartland of mdern logistics development? That is researched carefully in this dissertationFirstly, this paper studies the logistics category and its developmet characteristics, and deeply analyzes the development situation of modern logistics industry. This paper also proposes the development illumination of the global logistics industry and the existing problems of modern logistics industry development in China.The SWOT method is used to analyze the logistics market situation in Henan, combining with the modern logistics development actuality in the Henan Province. On the base of this, the factor analysis theory in the multivariate statistic is used to carve up the development layout of Henan's modern logistics industry again, which also provides the theory basis for establishing related development countermeasures.Finally, this paper brings forward to some countermeasures from the development localization, the basic platform plan of logistics, the logistics crunode plan, the logistics information system plan, the modern logistics industry development strategy and leagal logistics for the modern flowing industry development in Henan, which provides an approach for the government and logistics industry as a reference. |
