Research And Application Of The Biding-judge System In Project Of Jinan Steel

Bidding and invite-biding on project is one way of the businesses trading . Considering the fickleness of inaccurate, too much manual factor and being sensibility in current bid-judge system , this paper makes a close analysis and suggests a measurable way for bidding-judge. The system bases on the object of invite-biding , analyzes and studies the present system , find out the critical points to establish scientific and accurate bid-judge system . This system overcomes the shortage of the present one , becomes more practical and fairer to tell the generalability of the bid-side . After that , through actual utilization ,deeply analyzes, Compares and studies the current lowest-price-judge,the second-step-judging and the general point-account-judge. In the end, through introduces the reasonable low-price judge, the"A+B"concept, it proposes a three-step general judge method, and analyzes it base on experiences.
