Research On The SMEs Financing Mode Choice & Credit Guarantee Mechanism In Guangdong

Small & medium-sized enterprise financing difficulty, it is an often appearing topic in recent years, is also an important topic which related to socialistic marketing economy. The difficulty of credit guarantee, at the same time, has become a main pot-neck which restricting SMEs existence and development. In Guangdong Province, these restrictions have been broken basically, but the financing situation is still hard and the system of credit guarantee is in the shape. On the base of these theory, the main chapter is to analyze the the financing situation & reason, and try to find out a new unique financing way. In chapter three, the thesis analyzes the Guangdong SMEs financing station recording to local financing circumstance. Chapter four analyses the financing difficulty reason, both general reason and specific reason contacting local trait. Recording to these analysis, chapter five arrive some strategy to resolve financing difficulty, and present some financing mode. Chapter six especially research Guangdong SMEs credit guarantee system. On the base of current situation analysis, the thesis researches the current question, and offer some thought & strategy to perfect the credit guarantee system.
