Organizational Management consists by different sections, human resources management is one of them. Human being recognized as resources, therefore organizations should maintain and develop it properly, in order to well development the organizations. Organizations through using the incentive system to motivate employees, and hopes that it can raise employee' s working spirit, attract and retain competent employees, improve their effectiveness and efficiency, at the end aim of benefit the organization. Therefore, a good incentive system is the key success factor of the organizational management.This research will go through various modern incentive theories, then sort out some essential factors for the setting of incentive system. Based on these factors to investigate the case study. The case is a sail manufacturing company, because of the setting and monitoring problems of incentive system, it is now suffered from the poor working spirit, and affected the organization management as a whole. Hope that the investigation can solve the problems of the case.The research proved that organization must set the incentive system properly, and monitor it continually. This is the way to keep the organization management in the correct track.
