Human resources as a strategic resource of modern enterprises,is the enterprise development the crucial factor,and incentive is an important content of enterprise human resources management and development,has become the core of human resource management.Enterprises to establish incentive mechanism of the fundamental purpose is to arouse the work motivation of employees correctly,make the staff in the implementation of organizational goals and achieve their own needs,so that the staffs enthusiasm and creativity get maximum level of development.As A branch of state-owned enterprises,A company in recent years business development situation is good,but in attracting talent,retain talent,improve the staffs work enthusiasm and creativity with some deficiencies,for historical reasons and characteristics of the industry,the human resources management incentive system is not perfect,A single incentives,incentive such outstanding problems as obvious short-term benefit,incentives can not adapt to the current business development needs.Therefore,research the incentive problems in human resource management,A company establish an effective incentive mechanism,to A company human resource management has the vital significance.In this paper,application of human resource management theory,incentive theory and related theory analysis of A company,the current situation of human resource management and incentive of A comprehensive summary of the current incentive,the main problems existing in the process of establishing incentive mechanism for employees of different levels,from improving the compensation management and performance appraisal system,strengthen the career planning and human resources development,comprehensively strengthen enterprise culture construction proposes concrete countermeasures to construct the incentive mechanism of company A,in order to give peer enterprises A reference.
