The Research Of Agriculture Industrial Structure Optimization Under Returning Farmland To Forest(Grass) In Yulin City

The project of returning farmland to forest(grass) is a valid path to repair and improve the ecosystem environment in western region of our country. Yulin city is one of fragile enviroment areas, reaseach on the issue of turning farmland to forest is very important for society coordination and ecomomic sustainable development. The implement of this engineering lead to restructure of agriculture which can optimize the economic structure and cultivate majoy industry and superiority industry.at the same time it can improve rural economic sustainable development and maintain constant increase of income.so we take engineering of turning farmland to forest and restructure of agriculture as research project.this paper contribute to theorical value and practical significance of improving west region enviroment and developing rural economy.Taking the aborad theory and practical experience as reference,we do this research systematically through the combination of criterial and empirical research.The main problems existing in retreating farmland to forest in YuLin city are as follows:The implemtation of returning farmland to forest does not take consideration of sustainable development.substitute industry cultivated after retreating lag behind. Industry development policy is imperfect after returning farmland to forest. It is not clear in geographica selection a criterion during the process of farmland to forest .the adjustment of agriculture structure is not in place.After the analysis of the existing problems on the basis of returning farmland to forest in Yulin City, The overall objectives of the Yulin City of returning farmland to forest and the general idea in structural adjustment are to develop livestock-oriented industries and improve the dominant industries with the farming characteristics.The paper presents the realization to optimize and upgrade the industrial structure of agriculture and the responses. Develop the feeding livestock industry especially in cashmere goats, cows and adjust the layout of the plantation industry. Develop leading industries in Forestry industry to promote the development of the forestry development; Legislative Drafting (irrigation) and use the regional energy industry to nurture agriculture-related industries.
