The Study On Building The Controlling Mechanism Of The Corporate Social Responsibility

The problem on corporate social responsibility is an important one which was debated first in Western academic circles in 20 century, and it is also the main problem with higher scholarship value and practical value in the academic circles in our country .It has become a hot problem studied commonly in different field of science since 1980s.Although the opinions which oppose corporation to undertake the social duty own their reasonable source according to their theory,those opinions which ask enterprise to undertake the social duty own the more reasonable source.Thinking about the fulfillment of the social duty in enterprise , we must study the theory of the corporate social responsibility because of the sport of corporate social responsibility ,and we must research a series of problems about the corporate social responsibility in our countryBecause there are many problems involved the corporate social responsibility, and because my ability and the time given is limited ,I choose the mechanism which controls enterprise to undertake the social responsibility as my graduation thesis.With the aim that enrich the academic circle which has the shortage in the field of studying the corporate social responsibility ,I analyze carefully the problem on the mechanism which control enterprise to undertake the social duty,the key problems and reasons from enterprise which undertake the social duty in our country in order to build the controlling mechanism of corporate social responsibility in our country and provide the method to drive enterprise to fulfill the social duty.The logic construction of the content in this text is arranged as follow.In the first part(introduction),I introduce the aim and the value of this thesis,the domestic and international development on this topic and the key problem that will be resolved in this text.In the second part(chapter one and two), I analyze the necessity and the possibility that enterprise will undertake the social responsibility .Based on the society and enterprise ,the necessity which enterprise undertakes the social duty is analyzed in chapter one.
