Research On Humanized Management Based On Technological Rationality

With the evolvement of social management, special the emergence and development enterprises, the thinking of humanized management develop rapidly and applying widely. The improve management level and work performance, and more accelerate the fast development of economic and social careers. Moreover, the development deeply of social management, special enterprises, is the result of technology evolvement and social thoughts' change, it also advances humanized management theories evolvement. The technological rationality which rationalize the technology incarnates the scientism's development, and humanized management which humanize the management responds the evolvement of humanism. The article sets up the analytic frame of humanized management by the method of factors matrix, with the base of humanized management and the way of technological rationality.
