The Establishing & Evaluating Of Regional Industrial Ecology

With the general implementation of sustainable development strategy worldwide, industrial ecology development is more and more popular in developed countries and China is trying it as well. Industrial ecology is a process as well as the objective of industrial development in regions. To measure industrial ecology level scientifically and evaluate it comprehensively not only enriches the theoretical research concerning industrial ecology, but also makes industrial ecology practice significant. Based on the analysis of the factors affecting industrial ecology, a scientific, accurate and perfect indication system is established, which is one of the important and basic tasks of industrial ecology.The thesis summarizes the relevant research achievements on the research, practice, education etc. of industrial ecology, based on which industrial ecology system is defined. The specific factors affecting industrial ecology including market, structure, technology, regulations and laws, population and labor, humanistic Care, emergency, geographic location, physiognomy characteristics, kinds and abundance of natural resources etc., are analyzed from the viewpoint of economic system, social system and environmental system. And the industrial value realization is evaluated both microcosmically and macrocosmically.This research establishes a set of relatively scientific and tridimensional indicator system for regional industrial ecology. Regional industrial ecology level is measured and evaluated comprehensively by means of altogether twenty specific indicators including industrial profit indictor and relative carrying capacity indicator of industrial resources, economic indicator, social indicator and natural environmental indicator. In addition, a demonstrating research on the industrial ecology of Jiangsu Province is conducted. The result shows that the comprehensive indicator of industrial ecology in Jiangsu Province during the fifteenth Five Plan is 0. 2636, which indicates that industrial ecology is obviously stable and is in imbalance potentially. Finally, some countermeasures are put forward.
