The eco-industry and circular economy has entered a stage of development in China. The scale of China's chlor-alkali chemical industry is huge. Foreign and domestic eco-industrial parks or eco-industrial systems, which includ the chlor-alkali chemical industry and have many years of successful eco-industrial chain operating experience, are not commonly available. The constructing of eco-industrial system, as an important tool of realizing industrial ecology, is very worthy of further study. In order to provide some reference and basis for the construction of China's chlor-alkali chemical industry industrial ecosystems, this paper took Xinjiang Tianye Group Co., Ltd. eco-industrial systems as an example, to study constructing the ecosystem, in which the chlor-alkali chemical industry is the core industyu. Xinjiang Tianye Group Co., Ltd. is a large-scale chlor-alkali chemical enterprise. Through years of hard work , it has developed many link technology for different products, and the development and application of the link technology has covered a number of industries, it has formed association between the various systems and formed a complete eco-industrial systems. Its various eco-industrial chain has been successfully operated for years, and it has developed a unique eco-industrial model. In this paper, first, Xinjiang Tianye Group's eco-industrial chain network design was studies, including the overall network design and the design of the chain; second, respectively, from the material integration, energy integration, water system integration, information integration, as well as the design of non-material-based, these aspects of the eco-industrial system integration approach and non-material way were analyzed; Then, on the base of system integration analysis, industrial symbiosis analysis was used for the whole symbiotic network of the system, including symbiotic model and symbiotic benefits; then the emergy analysis method was introduced for quantitative analysis of the system, in the process of the emergy analysis, traditional emergy analysis method had been expanded to build a set of a new emergy analysis method for eco-industrial systems, and a series of emergy evaluation index was built; last, flexibility analysis of the system was carried out, including the storage flexibility and price flexibility. The application of emergy analysis methods in this study was an exploration and innovation, which is an exploration for the new ways of the eco-industrial systems. At the same time, this paper also put forward a number of recommendations and measures to the problem found in the analysis process, and provide some reference to further improve the construction of eco-industrial system. Through this study, we hope for providing some basis to the construction of China's eco-industial system, especially the chlor-alkali chemical industry, and taking contribute to China's circular economy and sustainable development.
