The system of society economy is a complicated and dynamic system. Depending on stratagem of continual development, a nation and area should try to seek the harmonious development between nature, society and economy. So to establish a multi-object optimization model restricted by dynamic input-output equation, it can reflect the rule of the development of the society economy.The steel enterprise is the important and basic one in our national economy. The need of the steel is big and the output ranks the world's first in the long period of the economic development. But there also appear some questions recently such as the energy consumed seriously, the exorbitant investment and the surplus output. It influence the continual development of our nation . It is important that how to adjust and coordinate development between the steel enterprise and the human society.This article makes a complete analysis of the features of our nation's steel enterprise from the angle of the suitable development of it. And this article also makes use of the input-output analytic method to establish a multi-object dynamic input-output optimum model on the basis of the economic technology between the steel enterprise and others. After using the econometrics method to confirm the systematic parameter of this model, it will work out the model and analyze its outcome. So as to regulate the most preferential development of the steel enterprise in the premise of the coordinate development of all parts in the national economy.
