With the globalization of the world economy and the acuteness of the competence in the market, the supply chain appeared, which is bringing advantages in competence. Now, it has been an important way to strengthen competition capability for the enterprise. So how to stand and solve the quantitative and mathematics supply chain model was a very important research.Because of the hiberarchy and multi-objection of the supply chain problems, most supply chain models dwelt in qualitative research in lack of effective method solving the complexity model. Although the theoretic research on multi-level multi-object programming(MLMOP) has many problems, because of its good simulation capability on the hiberarchy and multi-objection of complex system, it also widely used in the modeling of complex system. So researching the supply chain problems in use of bi-level multi-object programming(BLMOP), building the model and studying on the characters and algorithm of its have important theoretic value and practice significance. This thesis is composed of the research of MLMOP theory and the study on the supply chain model. It firstly discussed the problems about BLMOP. It discussed in details the solution's definition and existence theorems of MLMOP, and displayed the algorithm of BLMOP based on the Genetic Algorithm. Secondly, it in use of BLMOP research on the model and optimization of three-stage supply chain based on the networks flow.In all, from above research, this paper concluded as follow:(1)Making out the four kinds solution's definition, and in the basis putting out the existence theorem of Pareto efficient solution on BLMOP found.(2)Giving out the algorithm of BLMOP based on the Genetic Algorithm.(3)Building the BLMOP model of supply chain, which contains the manufacturer, retailers and suppliers, and considered the constraints of logistics, information flow, capital flow and reverse logistics.(4) Providing the conception of the brittleness of supply chain and displaying the effects of the supply chain.
