Competition gradually become severe along with the market and the customermore and more hope to get to the product with high quality that make up a person'scharacter, at the same time the price is rather cheap. Then that product not only containMass Production mode to get rather low cost and highefficiency but also satisfy thecustomer's diversity character. In that case, some scholars brought forward a newproduction mode——Mass Customization (MC) in 1987.Many business enterpriseexecutives and scholars pay more attention to this point of view. The researches basedon mass customization have been conducted quite many, such product design, logistics,and marketing. But the research on customer satisfaction based on quality managementis still vacancy. Therefore this paper takes mass customization as background, mainlydiscusses how to realize maximize of customer satisfaction, based on quality management.Firstly, the mode of production evolution course and mass customization generalsituation are introduced, and under this research background, discussing the theory ofquality management and customer satisfaction under mass customization, thenrespectively putting forward methods of the quality management and customersatisfaction evaluate differently to other production patterns. Then entered the this paperkey parts, the fourth chapter establishes an quality management system model whichtaking customer satisfaction as the goal, separately carried on the detailed analysis tothe model each parts, This model unceasingly advances the product platform evolutionby gaining quality information as well as realizing product quality under agile supplychain organization, thus impels quality improvement, guarantees the realization ofcustomer satisfaction. At the same time, the author thought another important influencefactor which is the product which the final enterprise provides whether with customer'sexpectation. Therefore this paper researches on the choice question to customizationproject in the fifth chapter. Namely constructing customization project choice modeltaken the quality cost as restriction under mass customization. Based on QualityFunction Deployment thoughts, using house of quality information and integrationsatisfaction of the customization projects, the combination optimization model is built.And a calculate example is proposed, using ORS software to compute it, and has thecertain instruction and pattern significance in the reality.
