Research On Cooperation Validity Of Mass Customization Quality Chain

Mass-Customization (MC) production is to custom-tailor the product and the service of random quantity for the single customer or the small batch and multi-varieties market at the price and the speed of Mass production. Due to economic globalization, individuality, quickly respond to the order and flexible produce mode, the traditional quality management model can't fulfill the requirements of whole life cycle, whole processes, integration of the product quality management. The traditional quality management style can't meet the request of modern quality management which pays less attention to external process and relation cooperation. Under this background, this paper puts forward the theory of MC quality chain management. The quality chain management is a research subject for quality management system that meets the standard of the order and a research subject for the new thinking and conception. At the same time, the quality chain management is a research subject for the promotion of the level of cooperation quality management together and cooperative quality management level among different enterprises.Nowadays, research of quality chain management mainly focuses on qualitative research. The paper applied order-NETDEA model to evaluate MC quality chain and applied the integrated formula to measure the validity of cooperation. At the same time, the author hopes that MC quality chain management can be extensively applied in modern quality control and modern quality management in the process of quality realization among the business enterprises.Firstly, the paper introduced the characteristics of MC quality chain and its structure model. Then we gave the definition of MC quality chain and key cooperation technique of MC quality chain. Also the paper made an exploratory analysis of MC quality chain management.Secondly, aiming at the characteristics of Mass customization (MC) and its process cooperation, the paper built an Order-NETDEA model based on traditional DEA model, and made a comparison analysis with an example which proved the validity of Order-NETDEA model in evaluation of cooperation of MC quality chain cooperation. The paper made a quantitative analysis of MC quality chain in order to make optimal path and methods of cooperation quality improvements.Finally the paper gave an empirical analysis on Aotuo science and technology MC quality chain to carry on an empirical analysis; then the paper applied order-NETDEA model to evaluate Aotuo science and technology MC quality chain's validity of cooperation. The paper made a cooperation improvement for Aotuo science and technology MC quality chain quality cooperation according to the actual situation. At the end, the paper drew a conclusion, and pointed out later research direction and its research expectation.
