Then that product not only contain Mass Production mode to get rather low cost and high-efficiency but also satisfy the customer's diversity character. In that case, American scholars B. Joseph Pine 11 systemically brought forward a new production mode Mass Customization in 1990. A. Toffler who is the American famous futurologist firstly brought forward the Mass Customization concept in the Future Shock in 1970, which he said that Mass Production would be substituted by new production mode called"none-large scale". His opinion got many business enterprise executives and scholar's concern. The researches based on Mass Customization have been conducted quite many, such product development,logistics,marketing and production scheduling. But the research on quality based on Mass Customization is still vacancy. To integrate quality tool with Mass Customization Production-processing, design a quality system that fit for Mass Customization Production-processing is the key point of the researching on.Firstly, this paper introduced the concept of Mass Customization,the reason of Mass Customization product,the characteristic of Mass Customization,the class of Mass Customization and the new research of Mass Customization ,introduce the research of quality information system;then introduce the development of quality management and the duty of Production-processing; Third summarized the need of the quality information of the MC Production-processing and design the system function model with IDEF method; Fourth, Analyzed the IQC flow, Reengineering the flow of IQC , And design the information model with IDEF method ;Fifth, Analyzed the work-processing , design a data collecting method of work-processing, And design the information model with IDEF method.In the end ,Introduced Production-processing quality information system of the midea micro-wave oven.
