In the past 20 years of China, supermarket, as the main retailing style to satisfy people's daily life, developed rapidly and born some large retailing corporations coring in supermarket operation, such as Lianhua, Hualian and Suguo supermarket. But the rising of the shopping malls and convenience shops brings huge impact on supermarket operation of the covering range of commercial areas, target customers, service function etc. The retailing research experts and supermarket operators have deeply felt that the supermarket is stepping to the transforming period.However, how should the supermarket transform, which way should the transformation started, and can the transformation achieve the aim of constructing core competence. These questions haven't got the uniform standard. The former supermarket's operation and management style doesn't suit the change of customers'need any more. The main factor to restrict the supermarket's development is the higher price, the fewer categories, the worse environment and service. The operators need to scan the recent operation and management styles from the whole view. Especially they should find the key means to reduce the operation cost efficiently, in order to open the choke point to improve the whole competitiveness.According to analyzing the character of the merchandise and customer needs, this essay researches the main problems of the supermarket's operation management and the supply-chain management, and combines the basic theory of improving idea and the construction of the supermarket's supply chain, to reconstruct the supply-chain system of supermarket. It analyzes every aspect of the supermarket's supply-chain, in front of not making serious change to the corporation resources. It also constructs the policy of inventory risk sharing among the supermarket branches, delivery center, dealer and manufacturer, and shapes the steady and balanced logistic, in order to reduce the whole cost of supply chain. Meanwhile, through elaborating the delivery style between the branches and the delivery center, this essay establishes the logistic model driven by the need, shapes the delivery model combined by"the rapid reflection"and"the highest inventory level"model.
