By the trending of International economic globalization and integration,competition between individual enterprises will be replaced by that betweenthe supply chain.How to improve the supply chain to maximize the overallvalue to win the fierce competition between the supply chain has become amore and more concerned subject.ZL CO.,LTD after a number of M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions) hasbecome a large international conglomerate,but the integration of resource,especially the integration of the supply chain, are lagging far behind the paceof marketing, which seriously affect the sustained, healthy and rapiddevelopment of ZL.Based on the above background, throught the angle of this the valuestream analysis, for ZL supply chain optimization,provides a new systematic,comprehensive, scientific point of view and methods. Firstly combing the sometheory of supply chain management, value management, value chain, leanthinking, and the research statusthe of the use of value stream analysis,secondly comprehensive analysis ZL supply chain management situation.Base on the above, by the value stream analysis methods and tools toqualitative analyse ZL supply chain value stream characteristics and waste, tosum up the core methods and pathof ZL lean supply chain established.Finally,based on the value stream analysis method elaborated ZL lean supply chainestablished, including the strategic level, mplementation level, performanceevaluation level.
