Fresh Agricultural Products Of Interlocking Supermarket Under The Background Of Agriculture And Supermarket Docking Supply Chain Performance Evaluation

Due to the continuous progress of science and technology,the development of agriculture in China has entered a new phase.It has changed from traditional productionbased agriculture to modernised agriculture that places more emphasis on the means of distribution of agricultural products.At the same time,with the development of economic globalisation,the concept of supply chain and supply chain management has been introduced into the field of agricultural products and their circulation,playing an important role in the current construction,and it is from this that the concept of "farm-to-supermarket" has emerged.After years of rapid development,the dominance of supermarket chains in the national supermarket market has become increasingly evident and has had a strong impact on upstream industries and downstream consumers.Through the ’agri-to-supermarket’supply chain,supermarket chains are able to meet the growing demand for fresh produce while reducing sourcing and transportation costs,thereby increasing their competitiveness and gaining an edge over their competitors.The implementation of effective performance evaluation is therefore a key factor in promoting the development of "agri-supermarket" supply chains.This thesis examines the literature on supply chains at home and abroad,exploring the internal and external factors that influence supermarket supply chains and the importance of developing fresh produce supply chains.In terms of research methodology,a system of indicators was established by combining the Balanced Scorecard and the Supply Chain Operations Model to assess the supply chain performance of supermarket chains in terms of finance,customers,business processes and learning and innovation,and descriptive statistics and factor analysis were carried out on the developed indicator system.Finally,the validity and accuracy of the method was tested in an empirical study based on a field visit to the chain shops of Yonghui Supermarket,and suggestions were made for Yonghui Supermarket to improve its supply chain efficiency.
