About How To Construct Taxation Culture

Nowadays, people pay more and more attention to culture as the rapid development of society. Research is becoming extraordinary active. Research domain is constantly enlarged and research depth is continually dug. The combination of culture and taxation is an inevitable choice which makes the taxation work keep the step with modern society. Taxation culture has got more and more attentions from the whole society as taxation plays an important role in political and economical life. The investigation of taxation culture not only meets the requirements of taxation economy which approaches the world economy, but also strengthens the construction of spirit civilization and matter civilization, enhance the ability of management, boost up service quality of the staff and promote the taxation career to develop smoothly.As a member in Jiangxi tax department, the author is interested in the taxation culture construction. And purpose to investigate the basic problems at one department and provide some operable and strategic suggestions for taxation culture construction and administrative organization culture construction in China. The article can be divided into three parts:PartⅠ:The relative theories of taxation culture and organization culture. Different people have various viewpoints in organization culture. The first part gives a summary on rising research of organization and definites it, then summarizes the germination of the taxation culture, development of the taxation culture and the effect of taxation culture.PartⅡ:The cases'analysis of Jiangxi Xinfeng"happy local taxation"culture construction. Jiangxi Xinfeng local taxation has its unique culture by long-term development. Accord with Chinese station, this part will analyze and introduce the case of the"Happy local taxation"culture, and give some personal advice so as to promote the construction of administrative organization culture in China.PartⅢ:Thoughts about the construction of taxation culture. This part will analyze the station and the main problems in taxation culture construction at first, then, give some strategic methods of promoting taxation culture construction in China and point out other problems which should be noted in taxation culture construction.
