Study On The Construction Of Tax Culture Organization Of Yuxi Taxation Bureau

In today's world,the status,role and influence of culture are highly valued by many countries,even rising to the height of comprehensive national strength.The 17 th national congress of the CPC put forward the idea of "promoting cultural development and prosperity".The 18 th national congress of the CPC clearly put forward the idea of "building a cultural power".The 19 th national congress of the communist party of China stressed that "" cultural confidence is a more fundamental,deeper and more lasting force for the development of a country and a nation " ".Culture plays an increasingly important role in the national economy and social development and has become an important part of the overall layout of the socialist cause.As an important functional department of the country,tax department has formed its own unique tax culture,which has both cultural commonness and distinct tax work characteristics.Explore the tax culture construction,from the theory to guide practice operation,accurate positioning development direction and goals,not only to improve the mental status of tax cadres,improve tax collection and administration ability,improve the efficiency of the work of the tax department,the construction of a harmonious tax plays a big role,and become the reform of tax administration management mode,the effective ways to improve the efficiency of management.In this paper,methods such as literature review,empirical investigation,comparative analysis and empirical summary are adopted to select the tax organization culture construction of national household system in yuxi city as an example,and the overall situation of tax organization culture construction is expounded from four aspects:The first part is an overview of tax culture construction.It elaborates on the concept,connotation,content,characteristics and functions of culture and tax culture,with special emphasis on the concept of "Chinese tax spirit".The second part is the current situation of the organization construction of tax revenue in yuxi city.This paper mainly expounds the development course,experience and practice of cultural construction and the achievements made.The third part analyzes the problems and reasons of tax culture construction in yuxi tax bureau from four aspects of tax spiritual culture,system culture,behavior culture and material culture.The fourth part is the measures to promote the innovative development of tax culture construction.This paper analyzes the concept,content and path of cultural construction,and takes the basic culture construction of the national tax system of yuxi city as an example to put forward the construction of cultural construction brand so as to make the construction of tax culture develop in a more advanced direction.The innovation point of this article: one is the pertinence of topic selection.Tax culture construction is one of the works of the author.The selected data and examples are the most representative work examples and data of yuxi tax bureau.The questions raised are also real and the data analysis is very representative.Second,research has strong practicality.The topic is selected from the status quo,problems and causes of the original tax culture construction in yuxi,and the research on measures to promote the innovative development of tax culture in yuxi.In order to further develop tax culture to promote the tax rule by law,optimize tax service,strengthen scientific management and improve the management of tax cadres.Third,the author puts forward the idea of innovative tax culture construction,the content of innovative tax culture construction and the path of innovative tax culture construction.
