Based on the theory of compensation and compensation design, this paper studies H Company compensation system. This paper tries to rebuild a valuable compensation system which is suitable for H Company's compensation strategy. The problems in the design and simulation procedure are discussed in the paper, and suggestions are offered.This paper consists of four chapters:Chapter 1 reviews definition of compensation and pay, summarizes compensation forms and compensation theory, and then introduces some normal compensation system. The principles, process and influencing factors of compensation planning are stated.In Chapter 2, performance, organization's structure and employees'structure of H Company are introduced. The compensation system of H Company is appraised in fairness, competition, and incentive. In the end, the conclusion is draw.Chapter 3 illustrates the thought of H Company compensation rebuilding, puts out the salary-points compensation plan which is based on job, describes job design and job analysis, evaluates salary-points of employees and the value of salary-points, discusses performance compensation, and so on. This chapter also discusses the problems occurred in the new compensation system, and gives out some suggestions to solve the problems.Chapter 4 gives the final conclusion of paper.
