With the slowdown speed of economic development and the dropping investment growth rate in our country,the rapid development way of traditional support economy with low cost,high energy consumption is difficult to continue,which is urgent for a further implementation of the strategic transformation.In the process of industrial transformation,it is an important research topic that how to realize the strategic objectives by improving the compensation system,mobilizing the enthusiasm of the employees and defeating the competitors.This paper takes AC company as an example,analyzing the existing problems of compensation system during the transformation to photo-voltaic industry,natural gas industry and energy-saving glass industry after it's exit of CRT glass production,where the author find that the original compensation system is unable to meet the needs of the development of enterprise transformation.Therefore,it's urgent to establish a new compensation system which can match the company's transformation strategy.By referring to the successful experience of the domestic and foreign well-known enterprise s' compensation system reform,the author of this paper has selected the theoretical basis an d scientific methods for the improvement of AC's compensation system.This paper has madean analysis of the original compensation system of AC company,including four aspects:the salary structure,salary level,salary system and salary assessment,analyzed the key personnel compensation system of R&D personnel,sales personnel and management personnel and found out the problems existing in the original compensation system of AC company.The author has used point-factor method to assess the values of the posts,classified the types of jobs,increased the promotion levels,introduced of broadband salary system,designed the corresponding salary of position and other measures to solve the original salary system's problems of internal lack of fairness and external lack of competition.To further improve AC company employee's compensation system,this paper will focus on the aspects of salary structure,salary levels,salary level assessment and compensation incentives to improve the key personnel's salary structure of the R&D,the sales and the management.Comparing the differences between the compensation system before and after the reform,this paper expoundsthe advantages of the new compensation system.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of this new compensation scheme,the author presents some safeguard measures that AC company needs to take well.
