Shenzhen has maintained its rapid economic growth for nearly twenty years, topping the other big cities in the field of culture, education and service industry. Closely related with economy and business environment, tax agency market in Shenzhen, however, is still at its initial stage of the development, which is out of harmony with overall economic and social development. How to evaluate and understand the current situation of tax agency market and studying the decisive factors behind it are the focus of the thesis. The thesis, by evaluating the current situation of tax agency market in Shenzhen, tends to study main factors affecting the development of tax agency market and propose suggestions on policies so as to achieve better and faster development of tax agency market, cultivate a sound business environment and facilitate Shenzhen's economic growth and social progress.Via empirical and theoretical analysis, the thesis evaluates the situation of tax agency market in Shenzhen and tries to find feasible ways for its development. Based on the market investigation in the company where the author works and interviews the author carried out, the empirical analysis attempts to provide an accurate description of the current situation of Shenzhen tax agency market, and analyze the problems. Trying to blaze a trail of self-reliance and self-improvement is an active and rational choice for the development of Shenzhen Tax agency and agencies in the other industry at large.
