With the tidal wave of information coming,the technology of China has developed rapidly.All trades need a large amount of talents,but employee turnover happens frequently.The technical talents become more and more important for the development of the enterprise.They always play an important role in the enterprise and their departure will bring huge losses.Therefore managers need to take measures to retain technical talents to decrease turnover rate and promote the development.The study on employee turnover becomes an important field of the world scholars.It has a history of more than 50 years in foreign countries.The domestic research on this problem is gradually increasing in recent years.This research has chosen the technical talents as the research's objects in Shenzhen PL Company.According to technical talents' characters,data has been collected through semi-structured interviews with HR staff,as well as former PL Company.The main research items are as follows:The status of the technical talents' turnover in PL Company;The characteristics and causes of technical talents' turnover based on the Price-Mueller Turnover Model;What moves can be taken to lower the high turnover,How to help the managing group members and HR to find a scientific way in reducing skilled employees'irrational resignations.The research adopts the methods of literature reading,semi-structured interviews,and qualitative analysis and so on to do analysis.In this research,it draws the following conclusion through research:pay,external opportunity,promotional chance,training and autonomy are the key factors for the departure of technical talents.Moreover,this research has also found that the retention strategy in the company is immature and weak;the paper on the basis of empirical analysis put forward the strategy for reserving the technical talents.Firstly build excellent corporate culture.Secondly establish a fair and effective system for salaries and benefits.Thirdly establish and perfect the way of talent development.Forth increase the training of technical talents.Last create autonomic work environment.
