With the era of knowledge economy, as well as the human resources market continues to open up and the IT industry, the continuous development of technology-intensive IT companies are increasingly strong demand for technical personnel, the IT business success is increasingly dependent on the technical staff. The high turnover rate for IT companies to become a major problem in the IT industry is facing, especially enterprise development of the core of the main staff turnover will result in incalculable losses.IT companies in Shenzhen, the combination of theoretical explanations and empirical research, questionnaires, interviews by the technical staff of different ages, work, gender, described the status of Shenzhen IT employees leaving on the generated turnover intentions reasons for the study. On this basis, the characteristics of Shenzhen talent, combined with relevant research literature and theoretical development, questionnaire design and data acquisition, initially selected32IT employee turnover, empirical studies and empirical results are analyzed and discussed. Finally, the main factors to affect the job, the countermeasures to be taken in this article has put forward proposals and countermeasures.The core content of this article includes the following sections:defined the concept of the thesis Chapter2of the human capital theory, employee turnover behavior and employee turnover tendency, on this basis, the turnover-related research at home and abroad were a simple review of the literature; Chapter3of the paper, the features and operating characteristics of Shenzhen IT professionals, in-depth analysis of Shenzhen IT employees leaving the status quo and leave the company, such as may result in the loss of the company’s core technology, and may affect the project progress against employees morale, unsettling, and increase the company’s management costs. In Chapter4of the paper, paper factors affecting turnover intention IT company in Shenzhen, the analysis in three steps, the first step for staff leaving the collection of the tendency to affect the factors and determine the design of the questionnaire, the second step for the data collection and analysis, interpretation and analysis of the third step of the survey results.
