Study On Safety Management System At Changqing Water And Power Supply Department

Base on the theory system, the status of research in domestic and overseas, and the application of safety management system, this paper study thoroughly on improved project of safety manager system at Changqing Water and Power Supply Department, with researching on its current statue.Base on the theory system, the status of researching in domestic and overseas, and application of three large foreign petrol company and three large internal petrol company at safety management system, this paper study comprehensively on current status at Changqing Water and Power Supply Department through survey, referring to standard of Q/CNPC 104.1-2004. And then, we discuss several main problems of Safety management system at Changqing Water and Power Supply Department, including not fluency at information communication, not perfect of its'controlling method and venture assessment, not integrity of its'files, irregularity of project of its'management and controlling, unhealthiness of its achievement monitoring and measurement system, not good at its'diathesis training with managers and stuff, and so on. To solve the problems of safety management system at Changqing Water and Power Supply Department, this paper bring different methods. Especially to solve the problem of not integrity of its'files, unhealthiness of its'achievement monitoring and measurement system, this paper propose a ameliorating method in detail.
