With the product becoming more and more similar today, enterprise competition is not limited to the product's quality,the level of service and the brand but also mostly lies in the competition of marketing tactics .If whose marketing tactics plans well and handles it skillfully, who will hold the initiative in the market.With the opening market china has been big consumer of lubricants. Lubricants are brand and marketing products effectively outstanding among petrochemical goods and they are always the pioneering and sharp weapons of the MNC to enter foreign oil markets. With the opening of the retail prices of the finished oil goods , foreign oil companies will certainly sweep into the oil market of china. As the company of china specialized in lubricants, yan qing company will soon face the harsh competitions and challenges from home and abroad, hence how it can win its position in the future highly monopolized lubricant market becomes an important project concerning its existence and development.Based on the research on the macro-situation of the future development of lubricant market, the article uses yan qing company as an example to investigate oil market of china ,through marketing tactics and relative economic methods. By using large amount of data, through combining theory with practice, from product,price,place,promotion etc, researches over the marketing problem of yan qing oil company, together with the analyses of opportunities and risks of yan qing company and its strong and weak points, the article proposes the competitive tactics and marketing tactics for company will enhance and sustain their market situations.the article also hopes to function as a reference for yan qing adopt its systematic marketing tactics as well as a valuable lesson for other lubricant firms and even China's lubricant industry as a whole.
