With the market competition aggravating, enterprise resource planning is a popular society business administration in the nowadays pattern. But, that the enterprise ERP project is put into effect is high throw into, high risks and because of lacking of resourcees enterprise director needs to be backed by one kind of special company, consulting firm. However, how to combine the administration idea with the enterprise practice neatly is the challenge to an ERP delivery of consulting firm. So as a service supplier of ERP delivery there are full of risks for consulting firm under this circumstance.Based on the angle of view of consulting firm in the text, risk and countermeasure for ERP delivery of cousulting firm has been researched and the system that the risk estimate that controls with countermeasure , risk identification and risk that may putting forth efforts on building-up set of science handles into practice. First, combine with consulting about business technological process and ERP delivery case to accomplish"three stage"identification. And follow, according to ERP the project life cycle to build three stage risk appraising index system, a risk evaluation method based on Bayesian network is proposed to quantitatively evaluate ERP delivery risk of consulting firm. And work out the corresponding risk countermeasure finally according to risk estimate that result, validity by the fact that the example has verified thesis method.The main bodies of this text research can forecasts consulting company ERP risk in consulting about a project sciencly and objectively, also it can provides a basis for the tactics of risk control.The research problem will be valuable to consulting company and its development.
